More often than not, it appears the reliability of our EMR system is compromised.
Whether Updox is not working, New Crop has errors and wont transmit, or AC simply crashes, too much time and effort is required to keep this system working properly.
Some issues get resolved. Others disappear, undiagnosed or unresolved by tech, and re-appear months later.
I hate ranting, but I cant remember going through an entire WEEK since upgrading to 9.31 without ANY type of issues.
