You've been more helpful and an advocate than anyone else. You're insight and advice has prevented me from leaving AC to a new EMR
But when you ask for help regarding the inability to send a medication, (the same problem you helped me with months ago) and get no help for over 10 days by New Crop or AC is just ridiculous.
And then today, to top it off, Updox which has been problematic for over a week, called to ask if we were interested in additional services!
and lastly, AC continues to crash on different computers--twice today--and AC can never replicate it so they never believe it.
