Can I give this 10 thumbs Up please? This is an issue in my office as well. We just increased the amount of RAM on the front desk computer to 8 GB and there are no other programs running, other than Google and Updox and AC has crashed at least 4 times since 10:00 this morning. This is getting ridiculous.
