That tells me a couple of things.
>You have the 64bit SQL Express installed - which is good
>You are at the top end of what SQL Express can do without time-out/crash errors - not good
Try this over lunch or in the morning before folks start
>Go into Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services and select SQL Server (AmazingCharts) service - restart it.
IF restarting SQL solves the problem for a while, it is time to consider upgrading to SQL Standard. It is our experience that between 10-12 users, AC will start to error/crash from SQL timeouts.
