@ Bert - It started as soon as we upgraded to version 9.3.1, when we were still on Win7. We didn't upgrade to Win10 until we'd had 9.3.1 for a couple of weeks. We'd hoped that would resolve the crashing, in addition to increasing the RAM on my computer to 8 GB, but it still crashes multiple times a day.
Yesterday afternoon, I checked my RAM memory usage on my computer and it was at 48% when AC "Encountered an error and needs to close"
We have 3 computers total in the office. The main is on the doctor's desk, but during patient visits, he uses a SSD laptop with Team Viewer, so it's linked to his desktop. And my computer. That's it. We don't have any additional workstations in the office.
