Interesting.
I started with AC Cloud due to logistics. At each location I am on the Wifi network and can find and print off any printer on the network without any difficulty. I also have a cheap Brother 2770DW laser printer (~$75/-) which has been able to print duplex and is wireless capable without any difficulty, although there is a lag of 40-50 seconds. I do not use the TSPrint and have had no difficulty
