I continue to have printing difficulties. Support varies as to who you talk to- one person basically refused to load TSPrint- told me my print times could not be improved. Next guy complied nicely when I asked and loaded TSPrint. Worked fast and flawlessly for about 2 days. They did not install the license key and eventually lost all functionality. Another call and they installed the key and then I had to reload the client TSPrint on my machines. Today.... printing varies. I'm losing letters and crashing the hosted AC.
FWIW, I am totally unable to print from my Mac despite having TSPrint installed. Was told I would have to use CoRd if I want to print from Mac instead of Microsoft RDP (despite the fact that support installed the MS RDP on the Mac in the first place). Yet, CoRd forums are full of spam and the 3 real posts are all about print functionality not working.
I have never been so frustrated with AC. From my experience, I don't think their hosted solution is ready for prime time.
For others considering it- also remember that emailing out of AC is not fluid- support had to install Thunderbird on the server. I also have a running Word Document in my imported items folder for updates and documentation of phone calls and emails (rather than having to open a thousand separate addenda).. support had to load Open Office so I could open the document. Opening it is slow. Everything is slower...
Manish- a lag of 40-50 seconds to print? Is the document frozen on your screen in the meantime? That is how mine was and I could not tolerate that delay multiple times each day.
There is also a difference when printing Crystal reports vs letters, vs pdfs... each seems to have its own little glitch.
