When I installed a new printer (HP Laser P2035), all of a sudden I was no longer able to print from AC cloud to it at all. Contacted tech support at AC and they installed a utility, TSPrint I think, on the server and a client on the desktop. With that, you can select which client printer it prints to, and it's acceptably fast, maybe 5-10 seconds to get it going. I would contact them about this. Michael
