You make some very compelling arguments for the transition, and some of us with a small number of users, and quick internet, and hard to find IT support may feel the cost is justified.
I am partially in the cloud with Updox already, but will be interested to hear from you in the next several months to year or so how things are for you in the "AC cloud".
