Good news. The Quest interface is complete. I just got off the phone with my Quest Rep and she seems more together and ready to step up and get things done. Plus she seems willing and able to get me to the tech guys to answer "nuts and bolts" type questions. So I just posted a new thread about this to see how other folks have found working with Quest. But yes, those UHC folks (which means many NYS employees, Empire Plan too) will need to keep going to LabCorp. I guess we'll just have to continue to save or scan 'em in for those folks. Let's hope that this one goes smoother.
