I think Jon and AC need to "have a talk" with LabCorp on behalf of all us users. Their field reps stink, not that their bean counters give a hoot. But they need to be able to explain how this works, what it takes to pull off, and what it is like to live with day to day. Plus it would be nice if Jon could supply us all with a few wondows "snapshots" to show us what it looks like and how we will work with it on a day to day basis.....
