Has anyone had problems with keeping their Quest & Labcorp interfaces active? I'm going to have to email Jon and ask for my 1-month old Quest interface to be reactivated, even though it was supposed to have been changed to a 3-month trial period back in version 3.6.15 to avoid problems due to "invoice delays."(I checked the update log on the AC website). Also, Quest & Labcorp haven't yet been invoiced for our interface so they can pay for it. Seems like some "growing pains" AC is going through, which is normal, but its frustrating.
