I have tried to use the Sure Scripts but it does not integrate the drug list into AC. This actually complicates the whole process.
Additionally, the Sure Scripts interface is not user friendly nor is it intuitive. My renewal for this is up this month and I am going to pass. It might be easier to print the prescriptions to fax and fax them directly to pharmacies. I have not tried this yet.

ps I even called Sure Scripts and they claim that one of the problems is the AC interface goes through a 3rd party.
I have not verified this with anyone at AC.
