So let me get this straight. First off they placed a computer of their own in your lab to shuffle data back and forth? This computer will then be able to talk to your computer to share results/data with AC? But most importantly for a lousy $25 they will assist you in still being able to send requistions to their competition LabCorp, thus showing a certain amount of fairplay and confidence in their own products and service? Will this other req be generated in and therefore saved to AC for easier tracking and charting? Is their import of patient data done on a patient by patient, request by request basis I hope? This way they only get the patients that we are sending them hopefully. I do want to protect my patients PHI, until we choose to share it with someone.
