Well, I'll answer what else I can right now, which ain't much.
1) I don't know if Labcorp ultimately picks up the $500 activation fee. Quest does. I am waiting for someone to tell me about Labcorp,but i dont think they do.
2)Both labcorp and quest will install a program on your computer. This program will go look for labs at specified time intervals. Labs are downloaded into the Quest folder for quest.
3)When labs are imported, the original files go to a backup folder w/n the Quest folder. I dont know how long they stay there before being deleted.
4)You must manually select (from the main AC screen) Import labs for labs to actually be imported.
5)Imported labs go into the imported items section under Labs. The doc gets a message from LABEDI (i think) informing him/her.
