Hockey, I cared, but I couldn't post a reply. I did note it though. That's why I saw it so quickly when we got the contract. I thought you mentioned that they came back w/ a less ornery contract after you complained. Well, they didn't with us.
I think Labcorp is sitting big, dumb and happy after getting the UHC/Oxford contract. They don't seem to notice that physicians are so against sending labs to them that UHC has had to threaten to fine physicians if they do so. Twice this year they failed to pick up our labs after we called. And we're only in April. They need to pay attention to "client relations" in a more concrete way than just sending unknowledgeable account reps out to say "send your labs to us now."
