I don't disagree with any of that.

As I understand it, the big danger of using a wireless PC to run AC is not that you might lose your note, but that your database might become corrupted if the signal is interrupted while you're writing to the database. Using a remote desktop program, connecting to a *wired* PC on your *own* network eliminates that possibility.

The server would work absolutely fine for this, except it is best not to run AC on your server, as you have pointed out.
