So with desktops in each room, are you logging in and out all day?
When I walk out of the room I hit (windows button) and L and lock the screen.
When I come back, I hit control alt delete and type my password (name comes up automatically.)
This takes about 3-4 seconds. My MA's log into their computer to log vitals and chief complaint.
