Tebow is terrible. The trades are just a marketing smoke n mirrors show. I don't think any coach in the NFL believes for a second that he's a viable NFL quarterback. I don't know what his 40 time is, but I don't think he's fast or athletic enough to play any kind of receiver role either - maybe a smallish 3rd down package tight end, I suppose. I would imagine his hands are suspect as well. He is a prime example of just how wide the chasm is between NCAA and NFL success.

I'd still argue that it's about intelligence and poise. Another example - Jay Cutler. He's your prototype NFL QB: big, with a canon of an arm. But he's not smart, cool, and poised enough to win a big game. That's despite his Vanderbilt resume.
