Have to disagree. One day (soon), a run-so-I-can-pass quarterback (I'll call them hybrids) will win a Super Bowl in convincing fashion, and the landscape will change. Actually, it's already changing.

Now, we have to distinguish between a run-and-pass-if-I'm-forced QB (like Michael Vick), and run-so-I-can-pass QB like Wilson and Kaepernick.

Actually, I think the best QB in the league is Rodgers, who blurs those lines.

Seattle could have, and should have, beaten Atlanta if they hadn't spotted them 21 pts with sloppy play. They were the better team. And they absolutely dismantled SF a couple of weeks before that.
