Has anyone seen a usability issue with the 6.0.9 Amazing Charts and Windows 7 Tablet. Pull a patient up and under "History of Present Illness" I can not seem to do an "enter/return" to get down to the next line. When I try this on the "Main Computer" it seems to work, but the main computer is a different operating system (Server 2003 SBS). Is there an issue with Windows 7 or can others do "enters/returns" in this field.
I have a Dell Laptop Intel i5 dual core Win 7 Pro and 4 GB ram. the return/enter key did not work in any fields of the progress notes in AC today. But Ctrl-enter works. Enter worked in all other programs. Then Microsoft came alone with an Automatic Update this evening. Viola, problem solved.
