I doubt it is your computer. It seems fine to me. I am not sure what a faster processor is going to do with AC's slow down issues with ePrescribe. If you want a processor, the Intel i5 or i7 2600s are fine. Blazing fast. But, again.
Are you using AOL for Internet? And, no, it is no favor for them to give you McAfee.
WHAT NIC CARD ARE YOU USING? Intel? Broadcom? Could make a huge difference.
