Using AC 6.0.9 on Win 7 -- reasonably recent machine for server.
I use X200tablet and Motion Computing tablet with Win Vista Business (this will soon be changed to Win7, the Vista sucks)in the exam rooms. We use wireless, despite advice to the contrary.
Many of the staff are using XP machines, my nurses use Lenovo T41 boxes with XP.
We don't have serious speed issues, although it seems like Surescrips is really slow at times -- I attribute that to overload of their network, not to any in-house problem. Sometimes the Eprescribe database just goes off line for a while, then comes back.
