I posted my experience with 6.0.9 a few weeks ago in another thread a few weeks ago. The upgrade from 5.1.7 to 6.0.9 went awful. My exam rooms are running XP on old Pentium machines. The Rx writer was unusable due to _extreme_ slowness. The Star TSP800 prescription printer was unusable. I had to roll back to 5.1.7. Now things are running fast and working fine.
My plan is to upgrade my equipment to new Win 7 Pro boxes with 4GB RAM, and wait for Amazing charts to get the bugs worked out. I will wait for a stable working version, which really must be out by late August, at the latest (in order to satisfy 90 days of meaningful use in 2011).
