Early reports on slowing with eRx and V6 are sort of all over the map. Some blamed Win7, some XP, and some the particular version of AC.
My experience is this: eprescribe works fine with Win7 and XP on newer machines. Our one computer with a Pentium 4 CPU is functional, but eRx is painfully slow.
I am not saying that is your issue, but if you have the option to test with another machine (even a newer laptop), then I would try that.
