When you send to 'nursing,' does it come up in all the 'nurses' boxes? If the messages go to 'Dr. Reminder', do you have to keep on the staff to check them?
Sorry to hear your receptionist is not working out. I have a CMA for a receptionist and actually an EMT3 for my assistant. It just evolved that way. My receptionist has been acting more discontent lately. I'm also frustrated because no matter what, I can't get her to remember or prioritize getting the chart pictures. I really like have pics on the charts. I would hate to fire her over just the pictures...
