You have to ask for ID to know the patient? I am not being judgmental. It's just that somehow we just know our patients. Maybe part of it is that we require insurance verification at each visit. Of course, I guess that is some form of ID, lol.

We would definitely take pictures, but here again, is one more problem with pediatrics. I guess we should take the parents'. Of course, since they hate each other, we would have to keep them apart, lol. But, MANY times we bring up a patient, and from memory I don't know who they are. But, the parent's picture would fix that.

Not sure keeping back bonuses (at least telling them that) would be a good idea.

If they refuse to have their photo taken, ask them if they have a Facebook account.
