Leslie, we have spent many, many hours making Paperport work for us. I used your earlier posts as a reference, and with the help of my IT support, we have it configured in a usable way, but I really find it to be far from ideal. Here is a sample of what we now know:
1. Paperport is "buggy in a network environment"...Nuance says so themselves
2. Paperport v11 does not work well with Windows 7.
We are still working with it, and with an add-on fax program, but I really think UpDox is the way to go. We are actively investigating that now.
