Cost: $14.99 (plus S&H cost of $2.77). You don't have to rush- they have 10 available. I got one of these about 6 months ago. They work well with Win XP and no, I don't use a Strobe Pro (I have an HP Multifunction for scanning).
The seller has 2650 sales with a 100% satisfaction report card. Really can't beat that deal...
