I was able to capture a screen video and AC is on it! At least my issue, which again is the message I am viewing to delete is NOT the one that gets deleted. It was indeed an auto refresh issue where what was on the screen did NOT match what AC was seeing/deleting behind the screen. It has been escalated and will be fixed soon. Shout out to Clayton at AC for all his help!
