This message box error appeared when version 10.1 was introduced; a promised update was "auto-refresh" of the message box. Before 10.1, the message box had to be refreshed manually to see new messages
It is interesting that you brought this up. I have wanted to talk about this auto-refresh thing for a while, but never got around to it. But, now is a good time.
In the past, the inbox never auto-refreshed. You had to do it manually. I swear they changed this somewhere back in 7 or 8. Because, I remember how great it was that it did this. As it should.
