I have a slightly different but related issue.

I go to open a chart and it starts to open and then effectively shuts down. I then have to go to the deleted folder to pull it back. I suspect if I get a new email when I'm opening one this may happen. It might be the same cause.

I asked Chris about it sometime ago but he said he had not seen it although I've reported it a number of times
