So if I understand that correctly...
The auto-refresh on each workstation mailbox now refreshes every 15 minutes.
In all prior versions, there was no auto refresh, BUT if you send a message, that would initiate a refresh, right?
What David and John describe is sending a message, but it does not immediately disappear from the inbox. It requires a manual refresh to clear it out.
Is that correct? If so, the problem is not really the new, auto-refresh capability... it is a malfunction of the way things refreshed in the past.
Does that sound right?
