What I think is going on, on the main message page, there is background refresh of the messages. But since we have a busy practice and things are being added constantly, unless you immediately refresh before acting on a message, even though it looks like you are deleting/responding/saving to one message, AC has already refreshed in the background, so what they think you are deleting/responding to is a COMPLETELY different message. They just need to turn OFF background message refreshing until this is fixed. I can refresh messages myself. But the message I'm looking at should be the same message you're taking action on in the background AC.
