I guess for me it is all about the results. If we get tech support promptly and they resolve the problem quickly, then I am happy. If they are personable and I can learn from what they are doing, then that is a bonus.
"Logging in and taking a look" makes little difference to me... but then again my level of tech knowledge is much lower than those posting here.
