One of my parents is a Walgreens tech. She told me that in e-Rx script will take presidency and they cannot input a manual Rx in the system until it is done. Flip side, they have to check the computer.

The iPhone has a setting to block caller ID. I use a virtual pager that sends a txt message straight to my phone, all I have to do is hit the number and it is dialed. If they block caller ID, I call the next office day and let them know they will have to use a different number. If I call a number 3 times and get voice mail I will not call back. I leave a message stating this and call use their best judgement about the situation. When I get inappropriate pages, I let them know that if this continues, I will block them from further pages (which I am not sure i can do but it usually correct the problem)
