I also have 24GB of RAM on my newest MTECH laptop and as mentioned above, the more RAM, the quicker the response. Having recently upgraded to DMPE2 as well, I have noted some lag but this occurs when Dragon is trying to process my speech if there are words it has not encountered before. Although it may take a little longer at times, the accuracy seems much improved from 11. I have had some template issues dictating a physical exam template into the physical exam section on AC, where the text of the template becomes highlighted in blue when I click the mouse on the field. This has been random, as this happens in some charts but not others. Once the unintended text becomes highlighted in blue, the only way out of it is to tab to different sections of the chart or hit alt+tab several times in a row. I posted this to the Knowbrainer forum last week but have not seen an answer for this yet.
