DMPE (1) uses the Ver. 11 NaturallySpeaking speech engine and DMPE 2 (the latest version) uses the Ver. 12 speech engine. Depending on which Ver. 10 application you are using, it was either called the Small Practice Edition or Medical 10. Are you certain that you have a Medical 10 5 user license? The reason why I am asking is because most end-users purchase a single user full box copy of Medical 10 which sold for about $1100 - $1500 (depending on if you purchased Small Practice or Medical 10). The 5 user edition probably cost something in the vicinity of about $7000. If you actually do have 5 users that need upgrading, as opposed to 1, I would recommend purchasing the DMPE 2 Upgrade at
