Considering switch to AC in the cloud. Any issues/experience with using Dragon in that environment?

Properly configured, it shouldn't be an issue. We have several clients who use Dragon on our managed environment with great satisfaction.
As always, the factors that impact dictation are Mic quality, local machine performance, and then your ISP upload speed and network congestion.
