This sounds like a hardware or interference issue. I recommend rerunning the Audio Check for your Dictaphone PowerMic II and pressing the Play button in the last stage to listen for possible interference. If you don?t hear interference, you might consider creating a brand-new user profile to see if that makes a difference. Hopefully, you are not using an upgraded profile because combining older technology with newer technology typically creates a bloated and lethargic profile that can perform sluggishly. It is best to create a new user profile for each new version of Dragon Medical. You can always import your previous commands and vocabulary.

Your computer doesn?t sound like a problem but it might help to know if you?re using i3, i5 or i7. I recommend against i3s and dual core processors. Of course, sometimes the problem is just Windows so whenever things head South, the 1st thing to try is a reboot.
