HAHAHA! Talk about passive-aggressive! But I approve. Today I got the 4th request from the company that took over Liberty Medical's accounts for diabetic info on a patient that transferred his care out of town 4 years ago. The first three times I politely told them I was no longer his physician and faxed it back. This time I allowed the staff to express their creativity and artistic talent by decorating the request form with a variety of non-pornographic graffiti and we faxed it back to the company over twenty times today. Wonder if that will get anyone's attention?
