Currently using Amazing Charts Version 6.5.5
The electronic signature when printed out just has the provider name and the date and time it was signed.
This seems to be a change from prior versions. The prior versions said "electronic signature"
From what I read, it needs to say "electronically signed by" or similar verbage, in addition to the providers name, date and time.
