Download a free pdfill editor - I downloaded pdfill.com and you can print to that pdf printer - then quickly use their free TOOLS to add a HEADER or FOOTER that says electronically signed by: xxxxxxx, print to pdf then you can print, fax or electronically send them this. I think it is dumb but could be accomplished easily I think.
