I know this has been addressed before, so please forgive me.
I just got a progress note that the VA wants me to go through and
sign each page because I cannot find a way to send paper records to
them that make them happy.
I told them I could send the electronic form, but they said it still has to
say "electronically signed".
Aggghhhhh, tax dollars "not" at work.
