I still use the Electronically Signed By Doctor Firstname Lastname, M.D.

Which gives you:

Electronically signed by Doctor Firstname Lastname, M.D.

Except I use Digitally, 'cause round here, Digitally proves that I signed it where Electronically doesn't.

It won't sign every page you print out, though. But, it does make signing requisitions much easier.
