I just set up a new office. My AC is server based from my main office. My staff and I use MS Remote Desktop. I have 2 problems:
1- When using RDC from the new office, AC will not send out prescriptions or seem to make any outgoing internet requests. [While sitting in front of the PC those services work just fine] Is there a setting I can change, or do I have to use a different program?
2- When using RDC from the new office, RDC will not send documents to the local printer in the new office. Anyone know how to do that short of cutting and pasting to my local screen ?
