Was this a problem with LMI or RDP. If I didn't need I.E. to do certain things such as log into the hospital or certain Microsoft sites, I would uninstall it. You can't even use Remote Web Access on SBS without using I.E.
I agree with Sandeep. Just wanted to word my post more clearly. If you didn't see the comma, it would look like I was advising to uninstall it. But, I was saying what Sandeep was saying, "IF I didn't need it, I would uninstall it."
In general, I would almost never uninstall I.E. for multiple reasons, as much as I hate it. Personally, I would pay Microsoft $100,000 if I.E. could remember one single password. Oh yeah, it throws all sorts of windows at you asking you to remember the password. Then it says, "Psyche!"
