But it's not that simple. Why they leave is often more important. I have found that many of those who leave are unhappy in life and think the grass is greener on the other side. They are unhappy with themselves and are usually unhappy at the front desk, the MAs and in the exam room. I'm happy to be without these unhappy people. There are those who have other reasons for leaving either out of location or because they had insurance issues. If I like them, I want them back.
