Bert,
I do not want to offend anyone on the board, but I was watching a PBS special the other day and there was this artist named Wright from Tennessee that made it big in the art world. He worked his way up from poor means, moved to LA after working for Pee Wee Herman's set in NY and then on to bigger and better things. But during this documentary he said something I found interesting. He said early on in his career he had to play the games and laugh at the producers jokes, etc. to procure work. Now he has made enough FU money not to play the games anymore.
So I guess everyone has to analyze where they are in their career, but I am not quite there yet.
