Thanks again. As I've mentioned, this "problem" computer runs perfectly fine every day. In fact, we didn't even know that a problem even existed until trying to install Amazing Charts. I'll have to continue to work on this problem though, since eventually, this computer is intended to work with Amazing Charts, whether as "main" or "local". I would think that at this point, even if I install Amazing Charts as "local" (haven't tried this yet), the problem will persist...
